Loved the necklace, disappointed with shipping

This is a very well-made necklace, and is exactly what I wanted from a product based around my oshi, Shinri. However, I wish in the future for the company to improve its communication regarding delays with shipping, as it was getting disheartening when weeks went by after ordering and there was no word one way or another about if the product was shipped or delayed or what. I understand the holidays were a busy time of year, but even a single email about the delay would have been great to receive. In fact, I was tempted at one point to completely refund the product due to how long it was taking without any word. In the future, please please communicate these sorts of things.
