Shipping Carriers + Tracking Information

All orders are shipped from California, USA. Orders going to the U.S or Canada will be shipped via USPS. International orders will be delivered via USPS, UPS, or DHL at your discretion. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times

Delivery times to the U.S typically range between 2-5 days, while International delivery times vary depending on local carriers and potential customs delays.

Shipping to Europe

Memento Stop is not responsible for any VAT/Duties/Taxes/Custom charges which may incur. Customer will be contacted by email regarding VAT/Duties/Taxes/Customs will be covered by the customer upon receiving their order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. We do not, under any circumstances, refund shipping or customs fees.

To start the return, please contact us and include your order number and reason for return. Returned items must be new and unworn, in their original condition, and carefully and securely wrapped. If you do not follow this process, your refund or exchange may be refused or delayed.

You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We can provide a return label for US & Canada orders which will be deducted from your refund. Once you've received a return label you must send out the package within 10 business days or the return will be voided. We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during return shipping, and we cannot refund items that are lost or stolen. For the carriers information, items shipped back must be labeled as a return.
